Summary of October 2022’s 30 Day Experiment

October’s 30 Day Experiment was fun. The gist was to do three exercises daily of 30 reps each. I skipped/forgot yesterday. I did ride my motorcycle up to Red Rocks really quick though. 40-minute cruise from home to the lookout point and back. I didn’t even get off the bike.
